Blix Inn Guest House Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth operations and fair treatment of all guests, Blix Inn Guest House maintains the following cancellation and amendment policy:

Accommodation Bookings for 2 Nights or Less:

Cancellations or amendments should be communicated as soon as practically possible.

Cancellations made 21 days or more prior to the arrival date incur no charges, but any deposits paid will be forfeited.

Cancellations made between 21 and 14 days before arrival will be charged for one night’s stay and will forfeit any deposit paid.

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a charge equal to the full amount of the original booking.

Accommodation Bookings for 3 or More Nights:

Cancellations should be made as soon as practically possible.

Cancellations made 28 days or more before arrival incur no charges, but deposits will be forfeited.

Cancellations made between 28 and 21 days before arrival will be charged for one night’s stay and will forfeit any deposit paid.

Cancellations made less than 21 days before arrival will incur a charge equal to the full amount of the original booking.

Cancellation of Reservations by Blix Inn Guest House:

In rare circumstances such as proprietor illness, accidental double booking, family bereavement, or urgent repairs, Blix Inn Guest House may need to cancel reservations. In such cases:

Guests will be notified promptly.

Efforts will be made to find alternative, comparable accommodation nearby at the same rate.

Any differences in room rates at the alternative establishment will be covered by Blix Inn Guest House.

Changes to Guest Names:

Changes to guest names should be communicated to Blix Inn Guest House as soon as possible.

Changes may constitute a new reservation and may be subject to availability.

Any changes made without prior consultation with Blix Inn Guest House may result in additional charges to the credit card used to secure the original reservation.

Non-Cancellation / No Shows:

Failure to cancel or no-shows will result in a charge equivalent to the full amount of the original booking.

Acceptance of a reservation confirms acceptance of these terms.
