Blix was born from a friendship, a passion for craft beer, and a deep love for Africa. Inspired by the timeless film Out of Africa and the life of Karen Blixen, Blix is more than just a bar — it's a tribute to storytelling, craftsmanship, and the soulful essence of the continent we call home.
